With the help of Leicestershire and Rutland county FA we held a big football day to celebrate the women's world cup.

Visit to St Georges park
The Under 9s and 10s Wildcats were very lucky to be invited to the training base of England Football to test out some new rules.
2023 Summer Sports Camp
Very pround of this one. Sileby Juniors, Sileby Tennis, Sileby Vikings and Sileby Town Cricket came together to put on an amazing event for the children of Sileby, They all got to try out some new sports that they might not have if this event wasn't put on
Training at the Home of LCFC
We were all amazingly lucky to have a training session at LCFC training ground in Seagrave.
We managed to get all the players the experiance that will be remembered for a long time.

Futsal with KickStart
Jan and Kickstart arranged for a very special guest to attend one of there session.
Professional player Anne Meiwald dropped in to show off some skills and answer any questions they had. Safe to say the girls loved every second of the vist.

Christmas Lights switch on
The girls section were given the honours of switching on the 2022 Sileby Christmas lights. We also came second in the stall competition
England learning Visit SJFC to film
We were delighted to welcome the England football learning team to Sileby Juniors. On a cold wet November day all Girls teams were playing, being interviewed and filmed.

A last minute change in lockdown rules allowed us to welcome LCFC for a mini summer camp. As usual the coaches put on a brilliant 3 days and we also had a visit from Filbert, Matt Elliot and Gerry Tagert

What an experience for our Wildcats and under 11s, a very noisy train ride a stop and Mcdonalds and we were at the stadium to wave the flags. A moment these children will remember for a long time to come

Wow this was a challenge, 80 people on a bus, lots of excited children and a chance to wave the big flag on the pitch. The kids were amazing

LCFC Summer
camp

Location: Sileby Juniors
After all the rain of the winter this almost didn't happen. Not because the pitches were too wet but because we had 10 weeks of baking hot sunshine before this. Some of the cracks on the 9 aside pitch we thought you could fall down. As always LCFC pulled it out of the bag and put on a great 3 days

Season 2018-19
England trip
15th October
Location: King power stadium
A chance of a lifetime for 10 children. A short notice request to see if we could supply 10 children to take part in a relay race around the pitch at half time during an England game. Of course we could !! A quick ballot later we had the names and were on our way. What followed was amazing, seats right behind Gareth Southgate and the subs, quick lap around the pitch, signatures, souvenirs and a whole heap of memories never to be forgotten.

LCFC Summer
camp

Location: Sileby Juniors
Our first ever Summer camp with Leicester City in the community and what an experience. This was all new to us and how to approach an event like this but it worked like clockwork. the coaches were amazing the Children were even better, all topped off with a vist of LCFC's new signing Filip Benkovic.
